Transformative change begins with those who seek to lead it.” Dr Eunice Aquilina

OD COACHING – in context

What if leaders had the capacity, competence and confidence to do things differently? Innovate and imagine new solutions? Think and learn differently throughout the transformation process?

I help change leaders apply methodologies and frameworks in practice, and in context.

So what?

Ensuring change capability can continuously develop in your organisation creates a legacy of on-going performance for results. I share what I have learnt when consulting with organisations, and provide coaching, support and mentoring for HR and Change Professionals responsible for leading organisation development.

If you’re involved in complex organisation-wide transformation, perhaps as a HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Manager or Change Professional, you might be wondering where to begin. I can support you in developing practical OD skills to apply in shaping your future organisation.

I also partner with leaders and people managers, providing coaching and access to a range of resources that can be used in meetings and 1-2-1s. I help teams to think differently about change, share appropriate change methodologies and invite people to reflect on questions and key areas to consider before the all important planning starts.

A major benefit to working with Penny was her ability to bring an encyclopaedic knowledge of theoretical frameworks and case studies to problem solving activities.  This meant we could move from collective issue identification to bespoke and creative solutions expediently.

Head of Distribution People Strategy

Penny is different because she helps leaders to avoid the trap of viewing solutions in isolation. She considers the bigger picture, and helps organisations to recognise and engage with the present, listen to each other, have positive dialogue and respect uniqueness. She lives and breathes appreciative enquiry, and ensured the organisation integrated the principles into its programmes. Her style of relationship management with stakeholders creates the freedom for everyone to discover, dream, design and sustain their performance. This makes her both refreshing and reassuring to work with.
