My approach

I invite organisations and people to explore change in the context of what’s meaningful and purposeful for them. Personally, and for the difference they want to make day by day.

I draw on applied behavioural science and organisation development theories as part of my practice, as well as integrating learnings from my own experiences.

Here’s my approach. It’s a bit different, and it works!

As an individual Penny embeds herself in the business, she listens intently and challenges mindsets. She is creative and innovative and immediately feels like part of the team. Penny is credible and leads by example, galvanizing commitment. I would highly recommend Penny and would endorse her capability, particularly when dealing with complex scenarios.

Managing Director, Andrea Horner Limited

Everyone benefited from Penny’s active engagement activities, which were not only inclusive, they also practiced what we set out to preach. This created both an authenticity and a growing sense of team through design work. Whilst passionate about the academic discourse and theory that informed her considered approach, Penny was also embraced others’ ideas when they were to the benefit of the learners and business outcomes. I found Penny to be positive, supportive, empathetic and professional throughout the project and sincerely hope we can work together at some point.
